Why can’t I install these recessed lights?
1. First, check if your can is 5 or 6 inches in diameter.
2. Check if there is a pair of C-clamps inside the can (the wire must be installed on the C-clamps).
3. Check if there is an E26 lamp holder interface or TP24 interface inside the can.
Why can’t I connect to these recessed lights?
1. Check whether the lights are powered on and in the activation waiting state.
2. Check whether your phone has downloaded the BR-mesh app and turned on Bluetooth.
Why can’t I connect to the voice assistant?
1. These lights are currently only compatible with Alexa. Other voice assistants cannot connect to the lights at this time.
2. Too many devices are connected to Alexa, affecting the connection of new devices.
Why does the light fixture flicker or fail to turn on?
1. This light fixture is not compatible with any dimmers or wall switch dimmers. Connecting it may cause the light fixture to flicker or become damaged.
