If you encounter an unresolvable technical bug or incompatibility on a supported hosting environment (PHP 8.0+ and WordPress 6.0+), and our engineering support is unable to resolve it within 3 business days of notification, we will issue a full 100% refund.
Refunds are not granted in situations where:
- You simply changed your mind after downloading the full source code archive.
- Your hosting environment does not meet minimum technical requirements (e.g. running obsolete PHP 7.x).
- Conflicts arise from unapproved third-party nulled plugins or incompatible legacy code.
2. Professional Services
For custom engineering and setup services (such as Website Setup & Launch or WordPress Customization):
- Before work begins: You may cancel for a 100% full refund at any time prior to technical kickoff.
- During active development: In the event of cancellation during active staging work, billing is prorated based on completed deliverables outlined in your initial scope worksheet.
- Post-Launch: Once the completed website has been reviewed, approved, and transferred to your production domain, services are considered fully delivered.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email our team at billing@priceroots.com with your order reference number, invoice date, and a description of the technical issue. All approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
